At long last, here is the information you need to pre-order the 2013 Vincent D’Onofrio Fan Calendar, with all proceeds going to one of Vincent’s favorite charities,
The Utah Meth Cops Project. Each calendar will be printed in full color, featuring photos of Vincent by his fans and with his fans!
Plus, for a limited time only, you may order a personalized calendar autographed JUST TO YOU by Vincent himself for only
$50 apiece, post paid! Note that no calendars will be mailed out until at least October 1st; autographed calendars will be mailed out subject to Vincent’s signing schedule, but we will try to make sure they are in your hands certainly by Christmas of this year, if not earlier.
And please note, you may order autographed and non-autographed calendars in the same order, but they may not be mailed out to you at the same time.

Pre-Order Details for Vincent D'onofrio 2013 Fan Calendar
When: Pre-ordering is available from now through September 30, 2012. We expect shipments to begin in October.
Price: Personalized autographed calendars will be offered at $50.00 US dollars each.
We are accepting international orders.
All autographed calendars are $50 each. However, if you order any additional calender which is non-autographed, the price of each of those additional calendars is $20 regardless of whether the first calendar you ordered was autographed or non-autographed.
Non-autographed calendars will be offered at $25.00 US dollars for the first calendar ordered, and $20.00 for any additional calendars. To take advantage of the discounted rate for multiple calendars, all calendars must be mailed to the same address.
Payment Method: The preferred payment method is PayPal. To pay using this method, you must have a PayPal account set up. You may also pay by check or money order.
To place a pre-order:
Via PayPal:
1. Go to the PayPal website at www.paypal.com and log in to your existing PayPal account.
2. Click on the blue "Send Money" tab at the top of the screen.
3. When asked the email address to send it to, type in
rubystowe6@gmail.com.
4. Type in the total cost of your purchase in the "Amount" field. See price list above.
5. Choose "Purchase" and then "Goods" in the field below. Hit Continue.
6. On the next screen, check your address, as this is where the calendar(s) will be mailed.
7. In the Message section at the bottom of the screen, type in the details of your purchase (i.e., 2 autographed VDO calendars), and be sure and put what name(s) you want the autograph addressed to.
8. Click on the Send Money button. And you’re finished!
Via Check or Money Order:
Send an email to rubystowe6@gmail.com and you will receive a form to print and complete. This form will include information as to whom checks/money orders should be made out and the address where your check should go. Please fill out the form completely and include the completed form with your payment.
Remember the
autographed calendars are available for pre-order
only until September 30, 2012, although you may order the regular calendars at any time until the end of this year. Any questions?
